Sam and Zeke were great! Was easy to schedule showings with and gave an unbiased opinion on the place he showed me. Kept me in the loop with the status of the application and once approved was able to sign quickly. Next time I am looking for a place in the city I will definitely reach out to Sam.

Sam works like magic! After searching for over two months with no luck, Sam was able to get me approved and signed for an amazing place all in the span of a few hours. I couldn’t be happier with the service and am thrilled to move into my new place. Hunting for apartments in such terrible market conditions was really getting to me, but after working with Sam, I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. And to top it off, he’s an incredibly nice guy.

Sam is a very nice guy who cares about his clients and still maintains friendships with clients even after renting them the apartment. Sam is not someone that sells you a dream and then runs away. His whole passion is the UWS and he isn't going anywhere.

Z helped me find an apartment I’m so excited to move into! He really listened to what I was looking for after I contacted him about a studio. The initial apartment I was interested in & contact him about I felt wasn’t right for me, but Z showed me one based on what my needs were that I love. I’m so glad I got it. He’s was very communicative, quick and flexible with my schedule. Glad the search is over & excited for the next step & my move from CA.

Sam is an extremely helpful, efficient, and overall amazing broker to work with. He is responsive, kind, and straightforward. Turned a very stressful situation of finding apartments around for me, and I’m so excited about my new place! Definitely recommend!

My roommate and I had virtually no experience hunting for apartments in the past; having to search for a place in an extremely competitive market was daunting to say the least. Sam made the process much, much easier. He is not only professional, but also very responsive and flexible. As the two of us went through the apartment hunting process from across the country, Sam had to take extra steps to secure our unit. For one, he advocated for the two of us, negotiating terms of the initial payment on our behalf. Furthermore, Sam went the extra mile, meeting with us numerous times, even during the weekends, on his off days.

Sam is a consummate professional; we are very glad that City Stop Realty was our broker throughout this process, and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking for units in the Upper West Side.

Sam is truly all you could ever ask for in a NYC broker. He went above and beyond to get me the apartment of my dreams. If you have been searching for apartments lately, you know how crazy the market is right now. Sam was wonderful in helping me navigate that. He was responsive and wonderful to work with. Could not be happier with my experience with Sam or with my new apartment.

My roommate and I worked with Sam Hassouina and had the most wonderful experience. He was so easy to work with, heard our needs, and made sure those meets were met with the apartment he found for us. I am so thankful I worked with Sam at City Stop Realty!

I’ve lived in NYC for 6 years, moved 3 times, but Sam is the best agent I've ever worked with. I have to move during the post-covid NYC rental market frenzy and I am so glad I ran into Sam. He was very prompt and communicative from the moment I emailed him about an apartment in the UWS. He does not beat around the bush, he is direct and truthful. He had my best interest throughout the application process, went to bat for me and got me a great deal! I hope to stay in this apartment for a couple of years, but when I need to move, I will call Sam again! I highly recommend him to assist you with your apartment search.
